Garment and Shoes Sets[edit]
We have introduced several new NPCs for crafting custom Garment and Shoes sets. Additional sets may be released in the future to cover more races.

- Increase magical damage to Fish and Formless race by 3%

- If the combined refine of the shoes and garment is 14 or higher, ignore an additional 15% DEF and MDEF of Fish and Formless race
