Q: I'm new, what should I do?[edit]
A: Welcome!
First, create a Master Account using our website. Once your account email is verified, you can log in and access your personal Control Panel.
From there you can:
- Download the game client
- Create your in-game accounts
All accounts created under your Master Account share a Master Storage.
We also recommend joining our Discord community to connect with other players and stay updated.

Q: How can I contact a GM?[edit]
A: The best way to contact a GM is through our Discord.
Open a support ticket using the tool in the:
#create-a-ticketchannel
This allows the staff team to review and respond to your issue quickly.
Q: Why is the patcher flagged as a virus?[edit]
A: This is unfortunately unavoidable.
Because the patcher modifies files inside your game directory, antivirus software may falsely flag it as suspicious.
This is a false positive. Simply add the patcher to your antivirus exception list and it should work normally.
